Pastor Jeff Harrington and his wife Kelly have been married since 1979 and have two adult children, Jake and Zach. Jeff recently retired from the Kern County Probation Department where he worked for twenty-nine years before becoming a full-time pastor. Kelly is presently the Project Coordinator for a mentoring program she developed at the Probation Department called The Starfish Project. Jeff combines real life experience with biblical truth, humor and practical life application to create a message that is relevant and easy to understand and which is devoid of rules-based, guilt-driven religion.  His desire is for Dove Creek Bible Church  to showcase the freedom of a grace-based relationship with Christ.

About Our Church

Ryan D'Amato Youth Pastor:

Pastor Ryan D’Amato and his wife Chrissy have been married since 2004. They have one young daughter, Alison. Ryan has been serving as a youth pastor since 2000. He has a passion for making the complex, simple as he speaks God’s Word to students in ways they can understand and apply to their everyday lives.

Ryan is also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor for an addiction services company called Hearthstone. His primary responsibilities are working with adolescents with alcohol and drug dependencies. Ryan’s desire for the Dove Creek’s Jr. High and Sr. High ministries is to provide an environment where students can connect with friends, grow in their relationship with Christ, enjoy powerful worship and experience the ultimate change in their lives.
