Fireworks in Tehachapi

Tehachapi Community Orchestra puts on a free concert every year at 7 pm at Coy Burnett Stadium. They play a few selections from different genres – patriotic, musicals, movie music, marches, and lots more. The concert is at the football field right across from where the fireworks go off. Our own Christy Clark has been playing in this concert for several years now, and she says there really isn’t a better place to see them! The concert finishes right at 9 pm when the fireworks start. Come early and bring a picnic. Don’t forget your lawnchairs and blankets–it’s cool up there!
